ReplyDeleteAre there any restrictions on what is allowed to happen to the frontage of the Brewhouse?
Is it to be long term solution or mulitple ideas over the course of the year..? Is it restricted to the frontage of the building..?

ReplyDeleteAt this stage the only restriction is your imagination and skills in communicating your ideas. The more ambitious, innovative and creative the better. When it comes to the implementation of ideas there are obvious restrictions such as cost and potential planning issues but that should not hamper creativity in the first instance.
There is a small budget to make an artistic intervention based on the ideas that are generated through this participatory stage of the project (to be completed in the next few months), but the hope is that all the ideas received will help to build a picture of how the Brewhouse is perceived and how it could respond to peoples needs in the future.
We have received lots of ideas that go beyond looking at just the façade, so please include ideas for the area surrounding the building.
